Title: Touch-a Touch-a Touch-a Touch Me (format=light, style=mine, AO3)
Author: [personal profile] the_wanlorn
Rating: PG-13
Characters: B.A./Murdock, Hannibal, Face
Spoilers: None? I don't think?
Warning: None
Word Count: 14,440
Summary: In which Murdock is jumpy, BA is an idiot, Face is unhelpful, Hannibal is a troll, and there's an inevitable happy ending.
Notes: Thanks to [personal profile] shadowkitty for helping me hash out most of this, and reminding me that sometimes the answer to an either/or question is "yes." Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] ishie for the totally awesome beta. :D

An excellent mix by the aforementioned SK can be found here.

If Murdock hadn't had such a shocked look on his face when he fell off the chair, it would have been funny.

Well, to answer your quiseton, there are lots of things I've thought of doing with this site. The problem is lack of time and the need to publish things on a regular basis (let's face it, blogs die without regular updates). That is why I mix lighter things with more in-depth stuff. The post on the cane, for instance, literally took hours to put together. Doing a series on DD creators sounds like a fun idea, but I doubt I'll have time to do anything on that scale anytime soon. Especially since I would want it to be good and well researched.I have almost two full weeks off for Christmas and New Years, so I will have some more time to spend on the blog then. What I will probably do first is finally get to those back door pages and also do reviews of the three existing DD novels (including the novel adaptation of the movie). And mix that up with some lighter stuff too, of course. I'll keep your suggestion in mind, however. And, thanks for reading! It's always fun getting comments.

After reading how your try to solve you sleep isuess I started tracking what helped me and I found that1) A larger dose (10mg for me) of Melatonin 3 days a week (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday).2) Valarien root 2 days a week (Monday, Wendsday)3) L-Tyrosine 3 days a week in the morning (M,W,F)4) Setting an alarm for 2 hours before I want to sleep when I must turn off all electronics (other than kindle) to read a book.I take no sleep aids on Fri or Saterday and set no alarm for myself, just let my body do it's thing when I am tired I sleep when not I not.The L-Tyrosine I added after the 2nd month of daily 10mg Melatonin because I noticed myself waking up all groggy and not really caring if I showed up late to work (eg early depression which I had been though several times before so I knew how it affected me) The L-Tyrosine boosts the brain chemicals that Melatonin depresses so a decent counter and why I switched to 3 days a week of each. This pattern really helped even out my sleep where I used to get 2 to 4 hours a night on the work week then sleep 16 to 18 hours a night on the weekend I am now averaging 6 a night on the work week and 10 on the weekends.
